DDP orders
If DDP is confirmed, duties and customs clearance are included in the quoted shipping method unless the buyer changes address, product, quantity or declared requirements.
Cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, local tax or customs checks. Duties-included service is only binding when stated in the quotation or invoice.
If DDP is confirmed, duties and customs clearance are included in the quoted shipping method unless the buyer changes address, product, quantity or declared requirements.
If an order is shipped under DDU or DAP, the buyer is responsible for import duties, VAT, tax IDs, permits and customs cooperation.
If delivery fails because the buyer refuses to cooperate with local customs, NDUPLink may be unable to refund shipping, duties or product costs already incurred.
